A cuisine traditionally surprising
The kitchen of the restaurant Chalet Nel Parco is in the hands of the Chef – and the young staff under the management of the Director – who puts high level dishes on the table. Our culinary offer is a mix of well defined flavours and surprising details. Behind every dish there are high quality raw ingredients that are selected respecting the seasonal cycle and privileging the products of our territory. Our dishes are made with simplicity and rigor respecting the tradition and seeing it through modern lens. The menu changes approximately every 3 months respecting the seasonal cycle but our most famous dishes are always available, such as our “Cottura alla brace” (cooked on the grill) that fascinates every time our guests.
